We usually reply within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, Central European Time). For urgent medical concerns please contact your doctor or local emergency services — MyGyno does not provide medical emergency support.

Technical problems

App crashes, login issues, problems sending a report to your doctor, missing translations, screens that don't load, payment or download problems on the App Store / Google Play.

Account issues

Trouble signing in, resetting your password, changing your email or name, deleting your account or your stored data — we'll guide you through every step.

Privacy questions

Questions about how your data is stored, what is sent when you share a summary with your doctor, GDPR requests (access, correction, deletion), how analytics and advertising work in the app, how to change your privacy choices, and how to fully remove your data.

App support & feedback

Questions about how a feature works, missing symptoms or topics you'd like to see, suggestions, translation feedback or anything that would make MyGyno better for you.

To help us answer you faster, you can include the following (only if you're comfortable sharing):

• Your device (e.g. iPhone 14, Pixel 8)
• Operating system (e.g. iOS 18.2, Android 15)
• App version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen)
• The email address you use to sign in to MyGyno
• A short description of what happened and what you expected
• A screenshot, if possible

Quick answers

How do I delete my account?

Open MyGyno → Settings (or the start screen) → "Delete account". This removes your login, all locally stored reports and the full history. If you'd also like us to delete any emails you previously sent us, mention this in your support message.

I forgot my password — what can I do?

On the login screen tap "Forgot password" and follow the steps. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us at mygyno@mygyno.org from the email address you registered with.

Does MyGyno replace a doctor?

No. MyGyno helps you understand your symptoms and prepare for a visit, but it does not provide a diagnosis or medical emergency support. Please contact your doctor or local emergency services for urgent medical concerns.

Is MyGyno free?

You can use MyGyno for free — the free version is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. The paid subscription is ad-free. There are no hidden fees. Your medical, health-related and health-tracking data is never used for advertising, ad personalization, ad targeting, advertising audiences or advertising signals.
