Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MyGyno app, provided by Anna Sadliy, Große Ortstraße 85B, 21762 Otterndorf, Germany. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Services of the app
MyGyno offers a first, easy-to-understand orientation regarding gynaecological concerns. The app is not a medical device under the MDR and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency call 112 (emergency services) or 116 117 (on-call medical service) — these numbers apply in Germany — or contact your doctor or your local emergency number immediately.
3. Use, registration & advertising model
MyGyno is available in a free, advertising-supported version and in a paid, ad-free subscription; use requires a short registration with an email address and password. In the free version, advertising is delivered through Google AdMob. Medical, health-related and health-tracking data is not used for advertising, advertising personalization, advertising targeting, advertising audiences or advertising signals; details are set out in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse the app, in particular not to perform automated mass queries or reverse engineering. The app is intended for users aged 16 and over; details on the minimum age are set out in section 17 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Sharing the report
The report is generated as a PDF locally on your device. Sharing is carried out by you: you choose your own email app, enter the recipient and start the sending yourself. The email is sent through your own email provider directly to the practice you selected. You are responsible for the correctness of the recipient's email address.
5. Complete account deletion
You can fully delete your account at any time via “Delete account” on the home screen of the app. Removing the account permanently removes your credentials (email, password, name), all locally stored reports and your entire history — this is a complete account deletion, not the deletion of selected data only.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under the German Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for such contracts. Any further liability — in particular for the medical accuracy of the displayed information in an individual case — is excluded.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance and updates may happen at short notice.
8. Copyright
All app content (text, graphics, layout) is protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without our written consent is not permitted.
9. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
